We purchased this site and completed the environmental clean up and completed all town approvals for this mixed use project and then sold it off for a substantial profit to another developer. |

Yaupon Dunes This was a hotel that Cape Fear Development bought and demolished and completed town permitting for a 42 unit ocean front condo project in 2005. After entitlements were complete we sold the project off to a developer from Charlotte, N.C. This project netted our company 1.35 million in 6 months. |
